Puntify do not offer returns or exchanges as Puntify provide digital subscription products only. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Should there be any issues with the digital product, please advise and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
